The other kids were a little bummed that they couldn’t go to Florida. I promised them I would make sure they each got some 1:1 time before our trip. Esme really wanted to go ice skating so I took her to the Petit Center. We have some double blade skates and some training skates that go over kids’ shoes. She went around the Olympic oval once with each pair of skates.

After that we got popcorn and watched some kids play hockey before going on a little shopping spree. I took her to Party City and gave her a tiny shopping basket and let her pick out some fun things in the party favor section. She loved all the tiny things. Then we went to the craft store and got supplies to make slime.
