Today Hélène and I let the Martin kids decide what to do. We had hoped to do another ropes course but the one we found wouldn’t have allowed Nova. In the end, they decided on Excenvex beach, take 2.After another day in the sun we came home in the afternoon to rest and play baby foot aka foosball.I stopped at the grocery store on the way home from the beach and it happened to be a large store with a huge selection of foods. I found a fruit loop type cereal for the girls to try (so far they don’t like any cereals here which is kind of a bummer when we want to make it a quick breakfast). I also grabbed some Reese’s peanut butter cups from the American section to taste with our host family. I found teriyaki sauce and hot sauce in the international section as well.Tonight we had hamburgers made on the grill by Thierry and fries made fresh from potatoes.Cal bought some candy cigarettes so he shared those as well.Then he and Thierry shared more magic tricks and some of us played a couple of hands of UNO before going to bed.Photo credit: Hélène
