Nole got here at about 3:30am yesterday. He slept for a tight 4 hours and then we got up, packed up our stuff and went to Volcano Bay, a water park. The kids and I are glad he is here with us, especially after a very delayed flight. Esme has had to catch up on missed hugs.

We have waterproof phone cases but they’re kind of annoying to carry around so we didn’t take a lot of pictures.
Asa and I went on some water slide. Then the boys went off on their own on some water slides. Then we met up and did some together. The girls were happier playing in the wave pool and eating snacks. Nole spent more time with them. He even caught a few z’s in the shade when I took the girls to the splash pad area.
One of the funnest things was a fast lazy river, called an action river. There were waves and turbulent water. It was really fun to float around in one you got the hang of it. We tried going in with the girls at first and it ended with two adults and one kid getting a good dunking.

After a full day there we headed to our resort. This place is really beautiful.

This morning the girls and I went to see the pool area.

The trade off to staying in this beautiful resort is we had a time share tour to go on. It wasn’t as bad as some others we have been on. We were considering it but in the end decided to pass. They almost had us with two weeks in Hawaii but we couldn’t reconcile the price.
Nole and I got groceries after the tour and I made BLTs for lunch. Then we all went to the pool.

We are relaxing this evening and plan to eat at the resort restaurant tonight.
That place looks incredible!!! Everyone looks like they’re having a great time!! Who couldn’t? hehe
